“Beautiful wooden knife strip that looks incredible on my quartz backsplash! Sellers were extremely accommodating and communicative. I mentioned I wasn’t planning to drill the strip in and they made sure to include the adhesive tape, explaining they would add it themselves if it was okay as it would give it more time to seal. They also accepted my request for a darker tone and didn’t drill the normal holes so the strip and tape could seal fully flat. Once it shipped, they let me know and checked I received it upon delivery notification. The strip is gorgeous but the customer service was really above and beyond. If I need a wood item in the future, I would definitely shop from them again.”
